After a week of delicious wilted salads for lunch, I was ready for a change. How about a green smoothie?
Special equipment: Blender
2 handfuls arugula salad
1 handful romaine salad
handful green seedless grapes
1/2 bosc pear
1 scoop probiotics (progreens)
2-3 squirts of fiberfit (sweetener)
1 cup water
1 cup fat-free fage greek yogurt
Blend until it is all smooth, and add more water if the smoothie is too thick.
