- 1 rutabaga
- salt, pepper, Montreal grilled steak spice mix
- cooking spray
- 1/4 cup organic ketchup (like whole foods’ 365 brand)
- 1 TB fat-reduced vegenaise
- 1 ts hot sauce
- 1/2 ts black truffle oil (e.g. La Tourangelle Infused Black Truffle Oil)
In a small bowl, whisk the ketchup, hot sauce, vegan mayonaise and the truffle oil. Serve with hot fries!
